Spotlight on New Faculty: Dr. Tatiana Weisbrod

The Department of Large Animal Clinical Sciences is pleased to announce the appointment of new faculty member Dr. Tatiana Weisbrod to the Aquatic Animal Health Service.

Tatiana Weisbrod, MS, DVM, Dipl. ACZM – Clinical Assistant Professor

Dr. Tatiana Weisbrod, Clinical Assistant Professor in Aquatic Animal Health, earned her B.S. in Neuroscience from the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY, her DVM from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in New York, and her M.S. from University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. She also completed her residency in Aquatic Animal Medicine at UF’s College of Veterinary Medicine. Her research focuses on aquatic animal medicine and marine mammals. Dr. Weisbrod is a bouldering enthusiast, and she has two pugs, Walrus and Wombat. Dr. Weisbrod can be reached by e-mail at tweisbrod@ufl.edu.
